At The Hang Loose Hut, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

That said, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something arrives damaged or there’s a production error on our end, please email us at shop@thehangloosehut.com within 72 hours of delivery with a description and clear photos.

We’ll review your request and make it right. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, we’ll issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
